Joe Gilman, president of Risata Pizza, and his team celebrated the grand opening of a new restaurant at 111 Middleton Way last Wednesday.

It is a milestone for Gilman, who worked as a creative director in an advertising agency for more than 20 years. Gilman said he worked “almost exclusively” at restaurants for his entire career.
