At 7:36 am, it was already 71 degrees, another sultry July day. The best thing to do on a day like this one is to find some water and a place in the shade to hang out with the family. We packed a cooler full of cold drinks and a picnic lunch, loaded up a couple of inner tubes, and headed for the river.
