Bonds welding student
places at competition
Bonds Career Center welding student Michael Burns placed third in the 2023 Tulsa Welding School competition in Jacksonville, Fla., recently.
Overall, Bonds Welding took third, fourth, sixth, 19th, and 20th place wins out of 155 competitors.

Blue Ridge Middle robotics team 29651C, The Wubba Dwuckies, with students Burke McGrane and Dalton Mason, received the Excellence Award at the SC State VEX VRC Competition this month.
The team received honors as best of the best–The Grand Champions.

offers summer program
The South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, located in downtown Greenville, is offering an immersive summer arts program for middle school students.
NGU, Tri-County Tech partner
Tri-County Technical College and North Greenville University officials signed a first-of-its-kind agreement last week that enables the transfer of Tri-County students to NGU’s Educational Studies online bachelor’s degree program.
