Smith joins 13th Class of Stamps Scholars

Emily Smith, of Greer, has been awarded the Stamps Scholarship to study nursing at the University of South Carolina in the fall.
The 2018 graduate of Eastside High is among 230 top students from across the country selected from almost 300,000 applications.
