Chanlan Ann Kasa was crowned Miss Spartanburg Teen and will be competing for Miss South Carolina Teen in June 2016.
She has been traveling the upstate talking about her platform which is “Master your Craft!,” showing others to master your craft or hobby and use it to give back to others.
