District Five discusses Byrnes master plans

The District Five Schools of Spartanburg board continues to move forward with plans for the new Byrnes High School.
At a recent meeting, the board got a look at all phases of the plans for the first time. The proposed plan comes with an estimated price tag of $56 million-$68 million.
