The Town of Duncan, Spartanburg County Parks and Upstate Forever celebrated the installation of Byrnes Mile Linear Park Whistle Stop #1 Thursday.
Whistle Stop #1, located on E. Main Street across from Byrnes High School is the first in a series of landscaped parklets that will establish Byrnes Mile Linear Park.
