Garden Club members from the Upstate area gathered at the Cannon Center on Tuesday, March 6, for the West Piedmont District Spring Meeting, which included a welcome by Mayor Rick Danner, a luncheon, a meet and greet with the South Carolina Garden Club President and a lavender workshop with Mary Bergstrom.
