Greer to open Center for the Arts

The City of Greer will give residents a look at its new Center for the Arts during the free open house celebration from 5:30-7:30 p.m. this Thursday, Nov. 3.
“We are working hard down at the new Center for the Arts,” said Greer Mayor Rick Danner. “We have created some spaces for artists down there.”
