Railfest returning for second year

Railfest will return to Greer City Park at the end of the month, this time with live entertainment from The Norfolk Southern Lawmen Band.
The second annual event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is free to the public.
