As the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 pass from memory to history for the next generation, local students are being reminded this week that freedom has a price.
The Byrnes Freshman Academy hosted a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Tuesday morning, honoring the lives lost 17 years ago.
