After what feels like 100 years, we are finally scheduled to close on our house this week. This process has taken forever. We even had to file an extension. I’m still not clear why, but that’s a story for another day.
Here’s how to brew the clearest and most sparkling iced tea ever.
8 cups cold water
8 tea bags of choice
Granulated or superfine sugar

The board most recently voted 8-0 to approve a resolution that will allow a referendum to go to voters on Sept. 9, allowing the board to borrow up to $71 million in general obligations bonds to cover the project.
