Rev. Phillip Mark and Mrs. Monica Carr, of 6886 Forest Hill Lane, Hamilton, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Grace Carr, of 306 Fleetwood Dr., Lynchburg, Virginia, to Nicholas Todd Thomas, son of Mr. Todd Thomas and Mrs. Amy Wilkes Rayburn, of Greer.
Miss Carr is a 2015 graduate of Dakar Academy in Dakar, Senegal. She earned a BSN degree from Liberty University in 2019, and is employed at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.
Mr. Thomas is a 2015 graduate of Southside Christian and the Fine Arts Center. He is studying music and worship at Liberty University. He is employed by Kroger.
A wedding is planned for June 21, 2020, at Glencliff Manor in Rustburg, Virginia.
