Local officials and business owners cut the ribbon on Andy’s Frozen Custard off W. Wade Hampton Boulevard last Friday
Andy Kuntz, son of Founders John and Carol Kuntz, celebrated with the new owners of the Greer location, Andy and Laurie Nicholson.
