Chamber picks Dowd to lead as President, CEO

The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce has selected Dr. Marjorie M. Dowd as its new President and CEO, following the departure of Mark Owens in December.
Dowd has served as Director of Education and Economic Development at Greenville County Schools since 2010.
