For Chip Patat, managing the construction of five tiny homes at the Greer Soup Kitchen has been a labor of love.

“God has put this ministry on my heart,” he said. “I believe God puts us where he wants us. Sometimes we think we’ve got to go to Africa or something to make a difference, but we can make a difference right where we are.”
