Citizens, NAACP ponder 'Rebels' fate

People of different races and ages gathered in Duncan Monday to show their support for keeping “Rebels” as the Byrnes nickname.
Just a few miles down the road, at St. John Baptist Church in Wellford, people for and against the name were also voicing their opinions.
