City cancels annual Railfest

Greer’s fifth annual Railfest, originally set for Sept. 26, has been canceled due to COVID-19.
“Government entities are still heavily restricted by the State as far as the number of guests allowed at hosted events,” said Steve Owens, the City’s Communications Manager.
