Cold brings water main breaks, higher bills

A cold front kept Greer Commission of Public Works water crews busy last week, as multiple water main breaks caused temporary outages and boil water advisories.
The three breaks occurred last Tuesday at Suber Road, Brushy Creek Road and Pelham Street.
