Council reviews road resurfacing plans

Greer City Council reviewed proposed 2021 re-surfacing lists from Greenville and Spartanburg Counties last Tuesday.
The lists were compiled using the PCI score from the pavement evaluation performed by Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) earlier this year in 2020 and visual inspections of all streets on the list.
