More development is coming to the Town of Duncan.
Exxcel Victor Hill, LLC, formerly known as Project Scarlet, is set to construct two new industrial buildings on 33 acres at 0 Victor Hill Road and 240 Genoble Road after Duncan Town Council gave approval last week.
