Regional Coordinator Terry Taylor with the South Carolina Tobacco-Free Collaborative presented a smoke-free ordinance to Duncan Council on Monday. If passed, smoking will be prohibited in enclosed workplaces. The State Clean Air Act already prohibits smoking in public facilities.
