Duncan Mayor Lisa Scott announced she is running for the S.C. Senate District 12 seat so she can be “a voice of change.”
The 1981 Byrnes High School graduate and manager of Lisa Cooley Scott Properties LLC said her decision to run stems from her desire to see positive changes in a number of areas.
