Duncan selling sewer to Lyman

The Town of Duncan is in the process of selling its sewer system to Lyman.
After an extensive discussion in Executive Session during a Jan. 23 special called meeting, Duncan Town Council unanimously approved the first reading of an ordinance for the Town of Lyman to provide wastewater collection and treatment for Duncan.
