Duncan voters to make decision on liquor purchases

Following suit with several other Upstate cities, Duncan Council decided to allow residents to vote in November on whether or not to permit the sale of alcoholic liquors for on-premises consumption in Duncan, as well as Spartanburg County.

Shirley Clopton was the only councilmember to vote in opposition of the ordinance.
