Fireworks safety tips for those celebrating in the back yard

The state of South Carolina permits the personal use of fireworks for those over the age of 16.
State law allows for the use of ICC Class C fireworks including Roman candles, bottle-type rockets, cylindrical fountains, wheels, illumination torches, sparklers, and firecrackers–within corresponding parameters.
