GDC considers budgeting ‘opportunity fund’

The Greer Development Corporation (GDC) is considering the development of an opportunity fund, following a spike in construction within the City of Greer.
GDC Executive Director Reno Deaton presented the proposed GDC 2018 Budget to the Corporation’s Board of Directors last Thursday.
