GDC seeking proposals to create plan

The Greer Development Corporation (GDC) is seeking help to move forward with an economic development strategic plan.
“(Right now is) a good opportunity for us to take a step back and hire a consultant to help us formulate a strategic plan for what the next three to five years looks like,” said Reno Deaton, GDC Executive Director.
