Greer accepts agreement with BMW

A recent decision involving one of Greer’s largest manufacturers has two council members raising concerns.
The City of Greer has codified an agreement with BMW Manufacturing that will lock in a $1 million cap and graduated rate scales in the city’s Business License Ordinance for the next 20 years.
