Greer approves green homes

Upstate developer Mark Clayton is moving forward with plans for a 19-home, “off the grid” community in downtown Greer.
The Greer Planning Commission approved a Design Review District rezoning designation for the project, which would take place at 9 Inglesby St. in Greer.
