Greer denies Pelham Street request

The Greer Planning Commission and City Council recently denied a request to rezone property on Pelham Street.
Leon Hix Real Estate LLC made the request to rezone 304 Pelham Street from R-12, Single Family Residential, to C-3, Commercial, for the purpose of constructing an automotive garage.
