Greer receives positive report by new audit firm

The City of Greer received an unmodified opinion—the best opinion possible—during a recent audit by Greene, Finney & Horton.
“The (General Fund) balance increased about 3.8 million to $13.9 million for the year,” Ken Meadows, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with the firm, said.
