Hwy. 29 LED light project advances

The City of Greer is working to replace seven miles of street lights along Wade Hampton Boulevard with LED (light-emitting diode) bulbs.
The city has completed a little over two miles of the project, from Gap Creek Road to Walmart, with about 150 new fixtures.
