Industrial park coming to Hwy 101

A new industrial park is on its way to Greer.
Smith Farms, a 475-acre fully entitled Class A industrial park, is planning to locate at the intersection of SC Hwy 101 and SC Hwy 296 (Reidville Road). The development will have direct access to I-85 and I-26 as well as close proximity to BMW, GSP Airport and the Inland Port in Greer.
