Lt. Governor talks COVID-19 response

Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases are continuing to decline in South Carolina.

The state recorded its highest number of new cases of the disease on July 18 at 2,336. Since then, numbers have fallen, reaching a recent low of 298 new cases last Tuesday.
