The Town of Lyman is beginning work on a long-term strategic plan for the community.

Lance Estep and Chip Bentley from the Appalachian Council of Governments presented a tentative schedule to develop the plan Monday night at Lyman Town Hall.

“We’re anxious to get started on an exciting process here in Lyman,” Estep said.
