Lyman, Duncan races to be decided on June 27

Lyman will decide the next mayor, and Duncan will hold a runoff for two council members on June 27.
Lyman council members Tony Wyatt and Larry Chappell vying for the open mayoral seat. The vacancy followed the passing of mayor Tony G. Gillespie earlier this year.
