Lyman makes agreement with utility company

The Town of Lyman will partner with Duke Energy to handle the impacts of future severe storms, following an agreement Monday night.
The town authorized Duke Energy to stage trucks and equipment as needed in support of pending storm damage in the Town of Lyman parking area of the former mill property.
