Lyman officials outline rules for development regulations

Lyman Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Board came together last month to discuss and clarify proposed land development regulations.
At the meeting, Lance Estep and Chip Bentley with the Appalachian Council of Governments (ACOG) presented an outline for potential adoption.
