McMaster relaxes dining rules

Some restrictions have been lifted at South Carolina restaurants.
Governor Henry McMaster issued an executive order last week, removing capacity limitations. Restaurants had been operating at 50 percent capacity due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
