Mark III Properties, Real Estate Developer in Spartanburg, is looking to annex property into the City of Greer for development.
The two properties in question are south of I-85 with 38 acres along Freeman Farm Road for 128 lots and 59.70 acres at 252 Burns Road for 126 lots.
