No rate increase expected for CPW users

The Greer Commission of Public Works (CPW) won’t be raising rates, but officials are expecting an increase in revenue in the coming year.
Greer CPW’s current proposed 2020 budget has an estimated total operating revenue of $93,237,034, while total operating expenses are estimated to be $84,445,055.
