Can the Upstate pack 100,000 shoeboxes with gifts for needy children around the world between now and Nov. 24?
That’s this year’s goal for Operation Christmas Child (OCC), the 21-year-old outreach ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, which distributed nearly ten million shoebox gifts to more than 130 countries last year.
