Development plans are circulating for two prominent Greer locations.
The City of Greer’s Planning Advisory Committee will consider proposals for development at the former Ryan’s restaurant and Allen Bennett property.
The plans, along with several others, will be presented at a regular, Feb. 8, meeting at Greer City Hall.
