Greer’s Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved two variance requests Monday from James H. Benson Jr. for 313 Memorial Dr.
With the decision, the future car dealership will be able to increase the number of facade signs from three to nine and the sign height from 30 to 36 feet.
