A dog-loving Greer resident is pursuing a dream to open a restaurant and dog daycare off of Brushy Creek Road.
Michael Frazier of Pups and Pints is bringing a zoning request before the Greer Planning Commission at the regular Aug. 21 meeting, hoping to get the project off the ground.
