Senate to vote on loophole in Berry Amendment

New Balance and Green Textile, based out of Spartanburg, are part of a driving force behind an amendment requiring the U.S. government to provide American-made athletic shoes for the military as part of the Berry Amendment. The Senate is expected to vote on the matter possibly as early as next week.
