A small used car lot is planning a location at 808 W. Poinsett Street.

Greer’s Board of Zoning Appeals unanimously approved a Special Exception request with conditions for the project last Monday night.

The lot would hold up to three cars at most per week, according to business owner Brian Cragnolini.
