Town of Wellford seeks to construct new park

Wellford is hoping to construct a new park with land transferred from Spartanburg County, but some additional communication needs to take place first.
At an Aug. 15 meeting, Spartanburg County Council postponed the reading of an ordinance to transfer property to Wellford.
