U.S. Senator Tim Scott will host a ceremony Aug. 2 in Columbia to honor South Carolina’s Vietnam War era veterans.
During the 10 a.m. ceremony at the First Baptist Church of Columbia, 1306 Hampton St., Columbia, Medal of Honor recipient Major General James Everett Livingston, USMC (Ret.) will deliver the keynote address.
